Every house is worth buying, it is up to the buyer to determine at what price. The job of the inspector is to make the buyer thoroughly aware of the positive and negative aspects that are present in the home they want to purchase. It is my duty to inform you, based on the items inspected, the condition of the house.
I will lead you on a complete inspection of the electrical, plumbing, heating, roof and structural systems in your new home. At the end of the inspection, after all your questions have been answered, I will enter the information into my computer and print a thorough inspection report of your home on-site.
My report has been approved by a verifier with the American Society of Home Inspectors® to show that it meets or exceeds all requirements listed in their "Standards of Practice". The report will list all visible repairs requiring large expenditures. The report will also include any visible health or safety defects found in the house.
